ONCE UPON A WINTER’S DAY: A DecemberFest Gallery Installation

WOW’s Creative Arts Center, 105 Elm Street, Westfield

WOW’s Creative Arts Center becomes a snowy forest that sparkles with hundreds of lights and greenery reflecting the magic of winter’s day. Its walls offer the art of professional artists Marie Crane-Yvon and James Johnson-Corwin that echoes the glorious poetry of Robert Frost.  The gallery space evokes the New England countryside as imagined by Johnson -Corwin and Westfield florist Colleen Shanahan of Colleen Shanahan Florals. The installation will provide a colorful backdrop for all the wonderful family activities at the Center, especially visits from Father Frost, a Tower Prince and Princess as well as Santa and Mrs. Claus.      

Free to the general public. Registration not required.

Join us on Saturday afternoons: November 30, December 7 and 14 from 10am - 3pm. Interactive activities for children, hot cocoa and some very special guests. We will also be open during other hours. Please check back here for more information.
